Niall has over 20 years’ experience in Real Estate Finance. He joins from Barclays Ireland, where he was a Director on the Real Estate and Project Finance Team. Formerly, Niall was a Director on the Real Estate Finance team in Ulster Bank / RBS Plc, growing the Bank’s Irish CRE exposure significantly on Ulster’s re-entry into the lending market, having previously led a team on the Corporate & Real Estate Recoveries and Insolvency team. Niall heads up the Irish business of Novellus and is excited to join a fantastic team and be part of the expansion of Novellus’ platform in Ireland.
