Adam Forman

Adam Forman brings a wealth of commercial and lending experience to Novellus. He is a qualified solicitor having trained with Herbert Smith, followed by stints “in-house” at BSKYB and Freemantle TV. Adam co-founded Bay Media in 2000 and the business grew rapidly from a small flat in Finchley, to burgeoning offices in Kentish Town. Having helped scale and manage the business across the UK, he successfully exited in late 2012. Adam is involved in an advisory capacity to numerous businesses and in 2015, alongside Mike Brooks, he co-founded Bridging Link, offering regulated and non-regulated bridging loans to its clients, many of whom became repeat and loyal customers. Adam is excited to be involved with Novellus, working alongside the experienced team in shaping and growing the UK lending business.
