OVERVIEW

Complex and time sensitive bridging facilities to assist with the purchases of 2 shopping centres and a refinance of another. In order to meet the customer’s high leverage needs we worked alongside a mezzanine funder and provided 81% LTPP on the acquisitions.

Purchase and refinance of commercial real estate assets with asset management and residential development opportunities.
